If you wish to upgrade/downgrade/delete your hosting account, you only have to do a few things, which are very easy.

1. VERY IMPORTANT Do a complete backup of your website !
2. Create a thread in this section with title I want to downgrade/upgrade/delete my account
3. Fill in this "form" and paste it in the thread:

cPanel name:
Plan where you are (Adenhanced or Adfree):
( ) Mark this with an X. This will show us that you have done your BACKUP and we can delete your hosting account.

Important note: We will delete your account and then you will be able to create a new one with the plan you want. Be sure before you create a new one you go here http://www.x10hosting.com/logout .
