Transfer between hosting types
We will no longer allow users to transfer between Ad-Free and Ad-Enhanced accounts. The process takes a great deal of time on our part and can only be done by senior staff or admins.
If you want to switch you'll have to follow the steps below:
1.) Backup All Information.
2.) Request account termination.
3.) Sign-up for new account and restore information.
