You can upgrade/downgrade/change your account yourself using our account panel, whether you have an Ad-Free or Ad-Enhanced hosting account.
To use the account panel, go to the following page:
http://x10hosting.com/account
If you have not linked your hosting account and forum account yet, you will be prompted to do so when you login for the first time.
For any other changes (Such as your cPanel theme), create a thread here in this forum also.
Be sure to include your account's details in any post asking us to make changes for you.
*Make sure you UNPARK or remove any ADD-ON domains before asking us to change them.
