Copy this to notepad and save the file as "Guest2admin.bat"
then u can double click the file to execute or run in the cmd.
it works...

I've actually heard of a bug in Windows XP that would allow you to run as a Guest but with Adminstrator rights by booting into a Windows 2000 disk, starting the recovery console and telling it to boot into XP recovery. I'm not sure if this still works though.

They probably patched that in Service Pack 3.
