I like the corporate image but i'm wondering if the text is supposed to be aliased as if that was one as an effect then i don't think that would look very professional... I think you can do better with the flash on the page and there isn't much content on the index page too, perhaps you should add more colour to the overall design.

Just so you know, i don't think repeated backgrounds look good, on x10, it has a great effect, but not on your condition as it doesn't look professional at all so i think you should do something about that too.

The background and gradients on your buttons are very tacky. The outline on the buttons screams 1999. The layout is fairly coherent, but the color scheme screams "GO TO SLEEP".

Not a bad effort, but questionable design decisions.
