I think the youngest member of Staff is 13-14 (I'm only a bit older than that), so long as you are mature there should be no problem with age.

Yes, and the fact to you have a good post count and have been with us for a while will make you even more likely to get in.
A lot of the people who apply have only been a member for a couple of days and have a post count of zero, they normally get rejected immediately.

Seeing as i got into being staff at x10 at this age, I don't think having a hosting account here if you're young is a problem
