I was thinking of signing up for the plan which requires the 468 x 60 ads on each page of your website. I have 2 questions about these ads.

1) Does x10 Hosting automatically put these ads on our pages, or do we have to put the code in the HTML ourselves.

2) If the answer to 1) is we have to put the ads in ourselves, I have forums (running on phpBB 3.0.2) which I am (I think) unable to add ads to (or I don't know how if I am able to). Do I need to put ads on each of my forum pages as well, and if I do, how would I do that?
