Hi, I'm having a problem linking my hosting account... I get the "The hosting username you specified does not exist". My cPanel name is Eerie, and if you help I will give you a puppy

I'm having a similar problem. When I try to link my hosting account to this one it says 'e-mail sent' but it doesn't sent it. Maybe I mistyped my e-mail?

I think its probably because the sign-ups are cut off but I could be wrong.

Me too having the same issue. I just registered a couple of hours ago and created a new Forum account. But it doesnt seem to be linking with hosting accoount. Says User does not exist!!! --- HELP....

You're not getting email confirmation because, well, the account hasn't been created... Not yet, anyway. It will, though.
