I have a problem linking up my server account with my forum account. How do you do it?

Just login to the AMP (http://x10hosting.com/login) using your Forum Username and Password, it'll ask you to link your accounts.

I went there and entered my username but it keeps telling me that an error has occurred and the hosting username does not exist. Please help me link up my accounts. My username is dagozi. thanks

It is likely that your hosting account wasn't created correctly.
A Senior Account Manager or Admin may be able to fix it. But if not you will have to sign up for a new account.

Now I was able to log in but i don't see any panel with the information to set up my domain. Does it mean that my hosting account is still pending and that I will receive an email shortly with the setup instructions?

I don't think that your hosting account has been created. Please click this link www.x10hosting.com/logout and try signing up again.

ok i tried signing up with a different account but i'm still unable to get access to my hosting account. if i can only figure out what is that i am doing wrong
