I would like to know some of the benefits that VIP users gets other than forum points and priority ticket support.

What if I am using the free hosting provided by x10hostig then I subscribe to the sliver services. Will my account get suspended if I am not active for 2 weeks?

(I did a search and I couldn't really find anything related to this information that I am looking for [After browsing through 8 pages of search])

The only way you get less restrictions put on you is if you are a paying member (your account would have to be paid for monthly and would be on one of the business servers). If you purchase any of the Silver, Gold, or Platinum Services, that just provides you VIP access/priority on the forums, but does not actually change anything regarding your hosting.

Actually, You can pay per year not to have your account suspended.
