Hi, I am new here and I hope that I have posted this at the right place.

I am actually quite keen in getting the paid subscription but I just would like to know more details about it before I get them. I saw some of the hosting packages on the website under the service tab. However, I find that the information there isn't as detail as like what is shown on the free hosting area (E.g. http://www.x10hosting.com/hosting/adenhanced).

Can I know where I can get more details for the hosting?

I realise that there is also another plan called the development package. May I also have more details on it.

This is the correct section, and paid accounts are fairly similar to the unpaid accounts, however they are stored on seperate servers to guarentee more stability and uptime. You also don't need ads. What sort of specifics where you after?

I wouldn't pay for it. I've had nothing but drama's with accessing my account, getting support, unable to upload via ftp at the moment, down time. Was testing myself but I'm not impressed.

We apologise for the recent issues, but we do host thousands of accounts. I assure you these issues are not frequent, just that there's been a few issues following a cPanel update which have hasd to be worked around. Corey and the other senior staff haven't stopped all week, so please don't post rude things like this. If you don't like it, there's nothing stopping you from walking out. Just don't ruin the community for others.

Well I am still new here. I will get a plan soon because I do not want my account to be deleted while I am away at national service.

Well actually I am looking at a site that has at least 2 MySQL database and supports PHP. I kind of like need those to aid my Dynamic web programming learning.
