Is there any rules regarding to using Adsense in the site? Is there any restriction using Adsense or any other advertising program in my site?

I have just installed wordpress here to make a money-making-howto blog, but haven't started to post yet. I want to know the rules first before starting anything. I haven't seen any restriction in the TOS about using Ad.

It's fine. As long as you're not breaking the advertisers TOS that they have set.

Provided you have the x10Hosting ad code up and visible on your site (if it's required for your package), having your own ads is fine; you may use AdSense or whatever on your site.
