Ok I am just wondering about this. Are we allowed to host a forum here using IPB 1.3 final?

If you got a copy of IPB 1.3 when it was offered for download by Invision Power Services from them, you can use it. Otherwise it is illegal and therefore not allowed.
I also do not suggest you used it as you have a high chance of being hacked.

Thanks for your answer. I will take it in to mind that i have a high chance of being hacked. IS it also illegal to use a modify version of it that fixes the security problems?
