Exclamation I can't activate my account or retrieve my data!

I am having several problems with my new account!

First, I can login to cPanel and here, but I am required to do that:

When I type "follwersby" it says:

The hosting username you specified does not exist.

And I can't retrieve my x10hosting data (and probably a different cPanel username generated by x10hosting) because you didn't provided a recover link for the website. I mean, with all your data from the website (in case you have losted the e-mail with them), not the forum boards!

When I am going to retrieve my lost password or username/data from my website, I am being redirected to this board!

No, this isn't right! First we need to register a new account here on this board. And then, only after that, we will register a new cPanel account / x10hosting subdomain. Because this a required step from the signup process.

Can any admin please verify what the heck is going on with my account and how may I solve this?

You appear to have an adfree account under one name, but, there is no "follwersby" with a free account. What url are you using to log into cpanel?

That's strange, I was experiencing a huge delay for receiving emails, not sure if this was my server's fault or yours. But now I can access this account, using these credentials given on a new email message. It's fully accessible.

Can you please confirm if this account above is related to this one here on x10hosting boards? I mean, I need to login every two weeks with this account I am writing this message, right?

(the password I am using here)


I am receiving the error message from my first post on this thread:

I tried to register twice because it wasn't working.

Did I miss something here?

I believe in the first attempt the validation email didn't arrived (for my board account follwersby, but this account was already registered, just not activated) and the cPanel username was generated anyway, but couldn't be linked after?

follower is an active account - as per terms of service you need to log into the forums every 2 weeks.

You cant have 2 accounts we get very annoyed with you if you do - followersby is not a valid account.

Confusing your forum account with your hosting account is a common issue, so please remember your hosting account is a different name to your forum account.

OK, thanks for the confirmation!

I hope this issue with the sign-up will be solved, it looks like members were experiencing problems these days.
