Two persons, same PC, two accounts?
We're two persons using the same PC and connection on the same house, it's allowed to have one account for each person? If you need proof I can provide something, if privately requested.
I know we have to make one forum username for each one, and login to the forums individually.

it may lead to concerns as it would show the same address, however, it would need an admin to confirm the x10 position on this.

I'm asking this because the other person needs to install a Joomla. Thing is, I think that a WordPress and a Joomla install might be overkill for one account (mine), so I don't want to get it suspended for using too much resources.

suspended for resource usage is not an issue for the amount of space as you have a quota, but the amount of cpu/memory your account uses. However, 2 people are not permitted to share an account
