I was wondering if I could set up a site for users to be able to download podcasts and maybe short movies of tutorials that I make myself, like FrontPage Tutorials, Photoshop Tutorials. The movies would not be streamed, but Zipped for download and would be encoded using H.264 or XviD to keep the file sizes smaller. I also though about making random short movies for fun on various topics (all clean, nothing Adult or illegal). Would this be a problem?

I`m not to sure about the podcasts but as long as you make the movies yourself and nothing is copyrighted then there should be no problem. Maybe another mod or admin can answer about the podcasts.

AS BigGuy said, I would think that that would be alright, as long as you DID make them, and they are not ILLEGAL. So, I would imagine that it is ok.
