I thought about this thought of going with web development tools... WYSIWYG. Template, Forum designer, Flash MAster and Notepad Coder But thought.. .well that is kind of misleading...

So I thought about internet speeds
56K User having 0-56 posts ISDN member having 57-128 posts, DSL Surfer 129-512, CAble Downloader 513-1024 posts, and T3 Backbone 1025+

I liek that better but reading through the previous posts I think I like XColl's idea the best (not original, but still great) with some minor changes...
