That's weird. All promotions i ever seen in my life says "staff member or anyone related to staff as family etc can not participate of the contest"

The staff members here do not get paid, they are all volunteers so the least they can get is to be able to participate in the contests. I'm the only one with the ability to pick winners and they have the same exact entry criteria as if they were a normal member.
