I'm not sure if this is what you ment but this is what I have made.
If you want somthing changed on it just tell me, I'm also making an non - anamatied banner.
I'll give you the .psd and all that other shaz
Edit: Ok made another banner that dosent move. http://www.amdesigns.x10hosting.com/banner22.bmp Again I can change anything on this.

I need something to replace the phpArcadeScript that is there with something for PcRiot. Don't really care what's on it. This isn't actually a banner, it's a header for the site

I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for but I gave it my best. Please tell me (if you use it) if you need anything tweaked .
Here they are:
1. phpArcadeScript
2. PC Riot Arcade
They are in PNG for best quality.
