Why do you make a paid hosting plan?
Don't ya get money from ads?

Members take up webspace and bandwith.

The paid hosting plan is for the users that need more resources like add on domains, FTP accounts, email addresses, space, bandwidth, MySQL databases etc... About the second question, I don't believe I can tell you any of that as they're 'trade secrets'. I know it's just a question.

What exactly do you mean that members take up so much space and bandwidth, you have your own bandwidth and space that cannot be affected by other hosting accounts. If if they were found to be using up all the resources they would be banned.

Yeah, they have Paid hosting to earn more money and they probs do make money of the ads. Also the fact that paid hosting is a more reliable server and totally less restrictions.

Plus you rarely get any downtime on paid, it's worth it if you ask me, and not because I'm part of the staff, because I've tried free and paid and the paid one was just more reliable and had the features I needed.

You cannt get paid or advanced hosting with credits. You have to pay using paypal or someothers which ever is accepted and applicable.

You can sell credits, or wait for the exchange system to be up again to get money for paid hosting.

That would be good, but I think it would be better to keep credits and use it on x10hosting, not on anything but x10hosting since it was or is originally x10hosting that gives you the credits.
