Fake Offers?
Alright so for the first time i will try to earn credits using the offer center ads..
I cliked on one and i signed up but it asks me for credit card.. so.. its a lie? so actually you gotta pay to recieve credits?
If im wrong please correct me.

All the offers don't need a credit card.
Offer Requires Credit Card is red. And red means No.

i know it says it dont requiere but it does.. or atleast tell me the steps because i dont know how to earn them :S

first one, signup process 3/3 asks you for a credit card and charges you like 43 dollars or else you cant complete signup..
so what's the deal?

If you're not a USA resident, and the offer is only for USA people, you get redirected to surveyscout.com
