i was all excited about these offers and then i realized that i couldnt do a single one w/o a credit card... what's the deal with that?

All you need to do is click on the banner, or copy/paste the link into your browser. Then complete the offer, follow the instructions. I am pretty sure it gives you instructions anyway.

Are there going to be any offers that apply for all countries? And why do you have to be in the USA anyway?

There is more than one offer, but yes. All of them require some form of signing up ( be it to fill out a survey or something else ) |
