I may begin offering services for websites in exchange for points. I want to offer a service that will install the latest phpBB3 forum version on your site, but when I signed up for my first x10 account, I remember seeing something that said this

YOU are the only person who is allowed to use your hosting account.

This includes adding, deleting, and modifying files.

So, if I offered my services, would I be violating that policy?
