around a month or so ago i sunscribed to the Developer package (upgrading from the free hosting package) but i cannot upload anything to my public_html folder and it says i am over my disk quota when as far as i can see there is nothing uploaded?? not really very happy tbh cos i paid for this and have been unable to resolve this issue for a month now and also the support ticket option is not configured so i have to post this here??

First, I just want to ask where the posts are that state you have been dealing with this issue for a month?
You were well aware of the support forum, as you have a few other posts - but only one that asks for assistance regarding your account?

ok well first and foremost i have not contacted you mainly because i am very busy at work and secondly i thought it may have been an issue which resolved itself after time .i never said i contacted you however when i did try i couldn't via the ticket system in my cpanel. so this is not a complaint. i have tried to fix this issue myself to avoid "bothering the admins" with trivial issues??

all i want to know is if you can help?

The ticket system in cPanel is horrible so we do not use it. You can use the ticket system in the client section at http://x10hosting.com/clients/index.php

I am looking into this issue.

I have set your quota higher until I can figure out what is causing this.
