1. can i link to external websites containing links to questionable content (non-porn) ?

2. Can i link to unlicenced anime ?

3. how should i react to someone if they post something that falls under the "illegal content" category (theoretically) ?

it's not random... it's pertaining to my account and if i can place certain links on it. from my perspective anime downloading is not illegal because the sites/subbers folow certain guidelines to subbing what and which anime. but from someone else perspective anime downloading may be 'not right' ... no harm meant... just thought it was the right place cause it pertained to account helping and/or content restrictions.
