This is another alternative to .co.cc (http://www.co.cc/) I still think the .co.cc is better because it allows you change more settings of the domain

.co.cc is the best of the free ones IMO, but I bought a .com from Yahoo yesterday for $2 for the year, so why do you even need free domains?
