It's basically a banner with some white tables. Not very good.

Also, it'd be nice if when you goto the "link us" page it showed the different buttons and stuff in the same "Welcome To Promania" box. I think that it's kinda weird when you click affiliation you goto a different forum.

i think that you should improve your layout beacause it is a little 2 simple

actually I think the layout sucks, just a stroke and the banner : it isn't clean, ist's to busy
not enough content to rate it :p ...
