Ok so Im on vacatipon and I want to start learning PHP and web graphic design(layouts ect). So are there dummies books for these topics? That teach the basics and skills and stuff of both? Can you tell me if there is and gimme the exact name cuz im gonna buy the books tommorow if possible if I get a reply.

Check out these books:
Visual PHP
The Zen of CSS Design

I used the first one to learn PHP a few years ago. I really like the Visual series because it's like a cross between a How-To book and a Bible. It goes through the basics with lots of examples.

The CSS book is amazing for learning CSS tricks and general style. It's best that you know a little CSS before jumping into the book. It has been an invaluable reference for me when designing.
