Switching from the help center.
I will be switching back to our old method of support(forums) from the help center shortly. I believe the help center needs a bit more dev time before it's ready for production use.

When Corey switched over to the other way the forum space was readonly.

How come it is now only new threads and normal users are not allowed to reply and help out others?
