The ad DOESN'T need to be at the top! It can be at the BOTTOM of your page (I'd rather it wasn't tho :P)!

The only rules:
It MUST be a completed site, for the most part. It can't have any major "Under Construction" areas, but minor pages are fine. If you aren't sure, post here and I'll validate.
It cannot be in a link rotator. It must have it's own spot. It can be ANYWHERE as long as it's visible.
If you have a blog, I would prefer if you could put it in the blogroll, though this is NOT required.
It CANNOT have the rel="nofollow" tag. If you are not sure whether or not your blog has this, please check your blog's documentation. If you are not sure, then post here, and someone will help you. Most sites that aren't based on a blog do NOT need to worry about this.

Plus, if it is an extremely popular site, simply tell me how many uniques it gets a day, and I may pay you even MORE!
