My account shows "Basic PHP Configuration - Upgrade pending" meaning it is still pending. I will be using this hosting as a legit wordpress blog for my own domain. So using wordpress will need php pass thru option enabled. so i asked for an upgrade defining my problem. Without the passthru option enabled i can't even login/install my wp.

My application was denied with the following reason "Your application for PHP v3 was denied. The reason stated is -"Version 3 is not for any new hosting account to use. If you read the description on the account panel you would know this. Please apply for version 2"

I could apply for version 2 but it too doesn't allow passthru as stated
"No system/execution-related functions enabled, eg: exec, passthru, system"

what should be done?

Most of our users can use Wordpress without passthru enabled. Try it with the Intermediate configuration first, if not post back here.

i'll try with intermediate level, but it too doesn't allow the passthru function enabled. I'll keep you infromed

problem solved. Wordpress working A okay
