It seems like brunoaia exists but doesn't exist ?!?!?!?
The ftp works except for the password

For some reason I can't find a trace of your account in the active accounts and the termination logs.

At least I got a reply and I have a notion about the issue. If needed (and if possible) you may delete the account but I'd like to have the backup of the data if you delete it 'cause I can't get it.

The problem is that your hosting account username is "brunoais" and not "brunoaia". I've linked your forum account to the hosting account "brunoais" and unsuspended your hosting account.
