cPanel url
I get "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" when I click on the cPanel link.

I have flushed my DNS cache, I have cleared everything in my browser, and support chat does not work for me.

Do you have any other suggestions?

Sounds like the server might have blocked you.

It seems that you're under a firewall that it's blocking port 2082. You need to configure it to allow connections through this port.
