I am not sure if I am using the right way to complain this problem, but I am so sorry if this a wrong way to do so.
my account details are as follows

This site is an online community based on vBulletin. For more than 7 days from today(26-12-2007) I cant access,

* my site at http://www.padiri.com
* my cPanel at http://www.padiri.com:2082
* my FTP at ftp://www.padiri.com

I am a 16 year old student and I started this community to make a place for my friends to get together. I have been changing hosts since 4 months and finally came to you. I really appreciate what you provide us for free. Its a quality service that cant match other hosting providers.

Dear sir, please check my hosting accounts problem and try to fix it as soon as possible. I saw in your forum that you are moving servers these days. I tried using the forum to ask my question but it didn't seem to work. This was my last choice.

It seems that there is some problem with your domain configuration associating it with your hosting account. Admin / Staff should look into this.

It looks like a DNS trasfer error

Did you transfer you domain and point it to the right DNS servers

you mean the nameservers???

i have set them as,

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

so, whats wrong then??????

You have set your NS records right. But, it seems that your domain is NOT resolved when I tried whois for your domain.

but i can still use my cPanel and ftp from the IP,

74.86.116.187

but i cant view the site. I need it back on soon as possible. What can I do???

whois is resolved, i got my info on the domain as registered to me. y is this site then not displaying???

iv got good news.
i cannot only host to my own domain - http://www.padiri.com

i can host to the free domains....
whats wrong with it guys?????

If you do not own that domain name it won't work. Also it can take up to 72 hours(depending on your isp) for the DNS to update.

but i own the domain. This happend suddnly. So, I used the free domains such as pcriot.com and x10hosting.com and they worked.

Then I finally changed the domain to my paid one, http://www.padiri.com
Then I got this page.I changed the nameservers again as

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

Now I got this page when I request http://www.padiri.com

Whats wrong guys??????

Have your parked your domain in cPanel? You must park your domain to make it point to your account.
