i am new to web designing, and i always encounter JOOMLA and WORDPRESS..

is der any of you who can send me a tutorial on how to use them? are they easy to use?

I use Wordpress and I love it. it is mainly a blogging engine but you can turn it into a website. the installation is really easy but to get the whole thing going (ie your content, your design, your everything) you kinda have to read up on stuff.
But that's like with every website design you have to do all that anyway.
With wordpress, you might need to know a bit of php and xhtml and css. that is if you're into making your own designs and additions.
Wordpress has a LOT of plugins... like for image galleries, tag boards, counters, polls, anything you can think of having in a website.

as for the tutorial... i dont need to give you one.. they have a whole wiki for you.
