While they are made to make work easier, most people use brush sets and claim the piece as their own. Example: Someone opens up Brush Set A, and loads one brush on the picture. He/she then modifies it slightly, then claims it as his/her own. Its HARDLY work.

And, also, you replied to that comment the first time, implying you didn't care. Whats with the change of heart?
