Perfect World International went into Open Beta on the 2nd. The servers are US based. If you played on of the other versions of PW and you live in the USA you should like PWI. The cash shop is way overpriced atm but thats the only downside right now.
If you like getting into mmorpgs on the ground floor heres a good one to start with while its just starting up for this version.
