Extraction

Does extracting of zipped files work now because I was waiting half and hour to see that it was still not done yet. Is this a problem that only I'm having or everybody should be having?

Re: Extraction

Try using the legacy file manager.

Re: Extraction

That isn't helping either. It just gives me a box with the zipped file's name.

Re: Extraction

Moved to level two support

I attempted to extract it and faced the same problem. Something with cPanel probably needs fixing.

Re: Extraction

It should work correctly. What file are you trying to extract?

Re: Extraction

I don't think that it is working right now. The zipped file is
Attached Files
File Type: rar s0wh4tsCMS.rar (1.53 MB, 1 views)

Re: Extraction

The file is a .rar. cPanel FileManager doesn't support .rar files, but does support .zip files.
I've uploaded it as a .zip and was able to extract it without problems.

Feel free to re-open this thread if you need further assistance.
