Problem sending mail from webmail using horde
Domain: crmusic.info
Account: Adfree
Server: Absolut
Mail Client: Cpanel Webmail
Type: Horde
I can receive mail fine. I can successfully ping my server. My auto responder successfully replies when I receive mail. I have tried deleting the accounts and recreating and I still can't send mail. Unfortunately when I try to send mail I receive this error.
There was an error sending your message: Failed to send data [SMTP: Invalid response code received from server (code: 503, response: All RCPT commands were rejected with this error: Sender verify failed Valid RCPT command must precede DATA)]
It has been this way for about two weeks. Can somebody log into my account and verify this? Any help would be appreciated.
Edit:
I figured out my problem. I had a nasty virus about 3 weeks ago and comcast blocked port 25 for my modem\ip when apparently I started spamming people. I resolved the issue by setting up my mail client to use ssl on port 465 on my outgoing mail server.
