Once there, in #x10 and wait patiently for a staff to help you. Include a valid email address, as if there are no staff there, then we will email a reply to it as soon as we can.

IF YOU DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT IRC:

IRC stands for internet relay chat-- It's a live, no delay chat. You need a client (software) to connect, you can use either mIRC (shareware) or IceChat (freeware, avail. for download at http://www.download.com/IceChat-IRC-...html?tag=lst-1). Like I said above, the server address you'll connect to is irc.x10hosting.com. If you do not have, or want to download an irc client, you can use the web based chat for this at this web url:

The main channel, #x10 is reserved for support ONLY. Please do not have private, or off topic chat in here. If you wish, you are more than welcome to start your own channel (room) by typing in /join #channel (Replace channel with something custom) and then asking your friends on there to /join the same channel.

Do not flood, or advertise on here, doing so will result in you being banned. No questions asked, without warning.

x10 staff will be noticed by typing /motd in the MAIN window, they are listed by nickname, and also in the channel #x10 by having either an @ or & infront of their nickname.

All x10 staff (and ONLY x10 staff) are irc operators on this server.

Please do not private message the staff on here, as on the forums unless asked to do so by that
person.

And, keep in mind. Your conduct here reflects back onto x10. Do not serve warez, or anything against x10 terms of service on here. Doing so will result in your being banned, and possibly reflect back to your hosting account as well.
