Hi there. On sunday,i registered with X10, and must say Im VERY pleased with the service. Anyway I uploaded my site and everything has been working until suddenly half an hour go I lost all connection. I cannot access the site, CPanel, POP isn't working everything is pretty much down.
According to my account page everything is online and Im unsuspened. Anybody hyave any idea what's going on?
Calm down everyone, There is a problem that is being looked into and worked on. Things will be reported once the extent is known, and I am sure a time table on when the repair is to be completed will be posted for all to see.
Thank you for your understanding and please remember that posting and reposting on a known issue does nothing but slow down the repair process and gives overall bad vibes to the people here trying to help.
As of this moment, the service status according to my account profile says all should be ok on Ciroc. However, nothing seems to be working. No Cpanel access, no mail, and most importantly...no ftp or http access.
Again, the http is down, the server is not down. People are looking into getting it fixed. The server is not down, just a section is down. You status will read as it is ok, but until it is repaired, things are down on http access.
