according to you which way you would like to make an animation for your webpage, and why? on the basis of loading time, easyness, quality, performance etc...

Flash in my opinion is probably the best to use, as GIF images, while being very flexible, can seriously cripple the bandwidth usage depending on their size. Besides, flash is antialiased and is interactive.
