Hard Drive, if I could have a free choice of anything as an upgrade. Those new Solid State drives look awesome for your OS drive.

Everything else on my PC rates 5.9 in the Vista Experience Rating thing.

For performance , my first preference will be efinitely RAM.
Usually, Upgrading the ram is the best choice for performance
upgradation.
