Normal. From what I understand, Search Engines don't index flash sites.

Yes.. Our main concern in web is to make our site popular and Search Engines do a major role in it. So, We have to go by their way. Also, Flash websites are too heavy for low speed internet users.

For me Normal Website only. Because Flash Website needs to have a good internet connection.

I think flash site attract user but cannot retain users.
So it is best to go for Normal site as you would like to retain users instead of just passing by.

Normal website all the way, flash websites can look fantastic but no-one's ever going to see it because they aren't going to wait 5 minutes for it to load every time the come. Also flash websites are not very popular with search engines and if there are loads of moving parts and animations all over the page it tends to distract people from the content and point lol.
Though I do agree with Eminemix in that a flash banner or small animation is ok as long as it doesn't take forever to load.

Flash websites are good for the one-time visitor, but if you have content that gets updated frequently, it's not worth the wait.
