I can't seem to find any good hardware shop which ships worldwide, maybe you could suggest me?
Tigerdirect seems good, but the only problem is that it's not fully worldwide. And I can't register in their site since there is no Latvia in the country list, that would also mean that they don't ship to Latvia.

i think only companies like apple, dell, alienware, HP and a few other companies that make retail computers ship international

and wadda ya know they ship to Latvia check it out they may have what you need
