Hi, im upgrading my mid-tower case to a larger case becuase i want to build a gaming rig. im also gonna buy a new cpu fan heatsink for my q6600 chip. i was wondering what the best combo here for case and heatsink would be. also i cant spend a lot of money. the main thing im looken for is a cooler system cause mine is hot hot hot. any help is apprectiated.

liquid cooling works very well

for the case, just get one that looks good, is easy to use, and you like.

Liquid cooling is pretty expensive and pretty complicated looking, hah. i wanted to get a high-end air cooling unit with a nice and cooling efficent case. right now my biggest problem, besides space, is the heat.

Get a large case to keep air flowing would be my suggestion.. ambient temperature is what's important

Try to get a case with a large outlet for a fan at the back as well as an intake at the front and preferably another few holes in the side to let air through and then all you need is a few good fans.

Liquid cooling is nice, but expensive and only really completely nessesary if your awesome computer is producing massive ammounts of heat.

Yep, same advice, Intake on the front, Outflow on the back and a good one on the side. Here is my one

And Finally Inside the motherboard and graphics looks miniture to the size of the case

Over all my idle system temperature(according to EVEREST ultimate) is around 20-25°C and after playing crysis or Flight simulator X Deluxe SP2 with DirectX 10 with full max settings i come out of the game its 50-60°C and would quickly cool back to 20-30°C

Location / Size - Before purchasing a computer case you should think out where the computer is going to be placed.

* Is it going to be on your desk or your floor?

Upgrade availability - Look at the availability of upgrading in the future.

* Does the case have enough bays that will allow you to add additional hard disk drives or other drives?
* Does the case have the availability for slots for additional cards to be placed in?
