Re: Microsoft using pirated software to make windows XP
Not sure if I agree with this. Just because it's embedded in the file doesn't mean so much... maybe Deepz0ne works at Microsoft!! Or it could be a message that says... "sorry Deepz0ne, better luck next time" ha
Either way, it's an interesting read.

Deepz0ne is a cracker... Just search google or read the first line of the source: http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Deepz0ne

Re: Microsoft using pirated software to make windows XP
Personally, I think every software and computer company has done some form of Reverse Engineering or cracking of software to create something of their own.

Re: Microsoft using pirated software to make windows XP
WTF i did it LOL, it's all stuff I don't understand, then at the bottom it clearly says that thing. I wonder if it were true, if Microsoft did it on purpose to see if someone with no life would discover it, but I doubt they would pirate it. With that kind of money, it's pointless and QUICKER to buy.

Re: Microsoft using pirated software to make windows XP
Wow, I read this one and the topic you made Brandon, didn't know that! Next time I fire up my XP machine, I'll open up one of those WAV files and find that text in notepad. Notepad is the best program there is anyways :P
