Re: Invision Power Board Problem

Read the manuals (yep all 5 of them) for Invision first . Invision is a pain to install and even a bigger pain to optimize and customize . I'm and admin for a Invision board and the best advice i can give you is : Use vBulletin .

I just love IPB and dont recommend vBulletin lol

well, is your PHP version upgraded to version 2? Because accounts now have php blocking, so go to your account page and scroll down, and ask for PHP v2.

And btw, try Chmod install with 777 or 755

which version u using?

Just an added note. 777 doesn't work on the servers anymore. Corey has installed a program that limits that. It would have to be 755.

Re: Invision Power Board Problem

All I have to say is that you have "PHP Type: Basic" maybe if you upgrade it it might work.

Cashcrate is real so far by doing random offers I have made $28.75 and more. You can do a daily offer each day for $0.80 cents. There is about 3 surveys so you make about $2.05

Do you have PHP version 2 enabled in your account control panel? It is on "basic" by default.

Re: Invision Power Board Problem

upadte your PHP versin to intermediate and then upload files to the server upload as .zip file maintaining the dir structure as you would like to on the server.....the reason i m telling you to upload as zip because it will take less time then..

now unzip on the server using right click and extract

CHMOD the required dirs

there You go no probs at all

still having probs then PM me..
I will be there For you
