in the cp panel its says
Apache version1.3.39 (Unix)
PHP version5.2.4
MySQL version4.1.22-standard

tho when i login myphp i discover its is not the newest version its version phpMyAdmin - 2.10.0.2
i need atleast version 5 to run my site on :S..
does this mean i cant use this great host ?

The issue isn't php, but mysql(at least it appears so, cause the server already runs php 5.x afaik, and there is no php 2.10.x)

PHPmyAdmin is the mysql manager, MySQL is not the correct version though :P

phpMyAdmin IS NOT php

(You can tell how important it is to know it from look of IS NOT)

phpMyAdmin is a mySQL administrator written in PHP...

And also its recommended to get 2nd PHP security level
