I cannot post on my forum

When i Post it get this error: (500 Internal Server Error)
Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@chrysopelea.elementfx.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Apache/1.3.39 Server at chrysopelea.elementfx.com Port 80

Did you CHMOD your files that were supposed to be CHMODDED? Also probobly the mysql server went down for a second or something. Did you name your forum directory Forum or forum?

You might also want to check this thread: Important PHP Changes - Read This (All Servers)

...as there have been recent changes to PHP configuration. You may need to upgrade your PHP configuration to "Intermediate". Just remember to wait a few hours before it takes effect.

(I was having the same problem - 500 Internal Server Error - and an upgrade to my account's PHP configuration did the trick!)
